How long does it take to confirm the account?
Instantly! After you sent the payment. If you paid by echeck, you have to wait until it clears.

You don't have the anime that I want to download on your list.
As a Premium Member you have the option of sending in requests. It is not guaranteed that you will recieve your request due to several reasons. Such as the anime you've requested is impossible to find, or there have been several requests and it is a first come first serve basis where you would have to wait for your turn for us to upload that specific series. We try our best to fulfill all anime requests within a reasonable amount of time.

How can I cancel my premium subscription?
You can cancel your subscription from your transaction history in PayPal.

To cancel an Active Subscription:

1. Log into your Paypal account and Click the My Account tab.
2. Click the History tab.
3. Choose the Subscriptions field from the Show dropdown menu.
4. Check the From box and change the date back 2 years.
5. Click Search.
6. To view the details of a specific Subscription Creation, click Details in the Details column.
7. At the bottom of this page, click Cancel Subscription.
8. On the confirmation page, click Cancel Subscription again.

Downloading Questions:

Why is downloading so slow?
Many factors can cause your download speed to be slow. The distance between your computer and our servers is a huge depending factor (servers are located in Chicago, United States).

It all depends on your connection and how it gets to the server.

If your downloading and the speed is slow the most likely reason is that there are huge amounts of people downloading from our servers which in turn slows down the downloading speeds. Only real solution to this is to revisit the site when it's not so busy.

How come I can't play the anime episode i downloaded? How do i play .mkv files?
The probable reason is that you don't have any video codec or your missing the proper codec to view the anime episode. We recommend you downloading VLC Media Player which plays the majority of all anime. If you prefer still to use regular windows media player, then download this Combined Community Codec Pack and install it onto your computer (the file is automated, all you have to do is click "next" each time it asks you and "finish" when it is done installing).
