Hi All,
I checked to make sure the transaction went through and it did but it says I dont have a premium membership and wont let me download. I have email the contact on the paypal receipt but not getting a response. Is there anyone else i can contact to get this situation resolved?

Omila has not responded yet and my acct is still not fixed. This is starting to get bad. Any other ideas for resolving my problem?

Em you could wait a bit longer because he might just have not gotten around to checking all his mail.

I don't know if he will... I've sent him a couple of e-mails and he never answered. He could at least respond to the e-mail... even if it was just a yes or a no.

You could try asking one of the moderators to contact him, Deya or Dylan.
Just double check it went through ok on your paypal. I suppose you have already done that a number of times but I thought I would mention it.

Yeah, I would suggest asking a mod for help; they can stay in touch with Omila.
