so, i went to Gamefaqs.com and got this game save of the game DiRT.

it came as a zip file with the files:

PARAM.PDF (cannot be read with acrobat or adobe reader)
SAVEDATA (with no file extension)
PARAM.SFO

So which of these do i transfer to my ps3 to play it right?

And how do i transfer them?

i like dirt but i wouldnt buy it, but someone mistakely bought two copies and then gave me the extra one, so i just wana have everything unlock to play it sometimes instead of wasting time playing the whole thing to unblock the things.

but does anyone know how to use game saves from the internet?

uhhhhhhhhh transfer it to a flash drive and do what darkmeow said?. even though it seems odd you can't read your pdf file plus ps3 does not support pdf's and the save data has no extension..weird and the sfo file is a main playstation system file so thats important.

but i don't know dia...

This is kinda related to ps3 so i thought i would post it in here........

ive been using ps3 media server to stream stuff to my ps3... for some reason everything i have downloaded in the past week or so just lags like hell.... anything from beffore then plays fine. Anyone no how to fix this?

Yes, use TVersity instead of the one you use. it never lags and its free and you can play some .mkv on your ps3. its just so good. nothing alike all those that i've used before.

but i have tried it before and i couldnt get ps3 game saves onto my ps3. but it has worked for ps2 games.

well i forgot to mention part of what i said before meh sorry but you need to create a game save then put the save on a USB and THEN replace the files inside and that replaces your save but i think im really later sry mate ahaha
