More please.

So many great ideas went into this story, but so few of them were played out. It's sad when a show has so much potential and then very little comes of it.

I persevered through all the disjointed, sloppy story-telling in the hopes that everything would be woven together into a satisfying, or at least understandable, whole. It didn't in the least. In the end, though they kept hinting at the big, amazing back-story that must exist somewhere out there in the cosmos, I was left with the impression that they were just making stuff up as they went along.

The fights were fun to watch, and there were some interesting character ideas. Character design was pretty poor, sometimes to the point of distraction, and the music was a bust. If there had only been a story worth following, I could have recommended this, but all I can really do is let others know not to expect too much.

Ok I skipped a few things I wanted to watch after checking the first episode out for this. I agree with Linnich that show has potential to be a generally great anime. If it goes the full 50-60 ep run, it might be seriously fun to see through, although 24-26 finish would do it justice.

I'm not a huge fan of the character design, but the story and general fun of it was enough. Its mostly action based with a side of love interest and comedy to keep it rolling. The story does randomly cut to other things going on which bugged me, but the biggest peeve is the random cut to an underlying story which the characters speak really bad english. It really bothered me. The music makes me feel like I'm playing DDR, but goes well I reckon with the action play. Its not a horrid anime though, I think its worth the watch and start to get into it. Solid B+/A- range for me as of now which gives it the 5 rating.

Oh don't start this if you want a finish. Its not the fastest release and is one that does kinda tick you to want the next.
